Homeowners who wish to make alterations to the outside of their units or the landscaping on the outside of their units must seek and receive approval from the Association’s Board of Directors. 

Typical projects requiring approval include: 

• Expanding landscape areas around your unit in the common area.
• Expanding patios.
• Adding fire or barbecue pits.
• Erecting patio covers or shade structures.
• Replacing or adding a new front or back patio gate or fence.
• Installing solar panels.
• Replacing unit doors.

The Association’s Landscape and Architectural Committees assist homeowners with developing and executing modification proposals that are compliant with the Association’s governing documents and aesthetic standards.
